	On the other hand we have Alvaro, the supervisor, who has been with El Gaucho for many many years and is considered as family by the owners. Joseíto, the assistant bartender, has joined the crew over one year ago and we are very pleased to have him in our team.

We serve a great variety of blended and single malt choices, port wines and high quality cognacs including Remy Martin Louis XIII and Hennessy Richard for the real connoisseurs. One can also order a bottle of wine from El Gaucho's well-stocked collection.
